cancellation policy

At Lumiere Hair Studio we understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request a 72 hours notice when it comes to canceling your appointment. Appointments canceled within 72 hours of your appointment will be required a charge of 50% of the missed service fee. If you no call, no text, no show on the day of your scheduled service you will be required to pay for 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment at Lumiere Hair Strudio.


late policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule at a future date and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for that day. If you are scheduled for multiple services that day and your stylist is only able to complete 1 of these services you are scheduled for, you will still be responsible for paying a 50% fee of the service that was unable to be completed due to client’s lateness. If we cannot get ahold of you or do not hear from you in 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a “No-Show” and you will be required to pay 100% of the service before booking your next appointment.


Extension Maintenance Policy

If you damage or discolor your extensions from sunscreen or spray tan/self tanners, Lumiere Hair Studio is not held responsible and you may be required to purchase new extension hair. If you choose not to purchase new hair there will be an additional charge to treat your extensions; however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to remove discoloration from the extensions.
